Welcome to Fawno Co. These Terms of Service govern
your use of our store and website. By purchasing
from us, you agree to these terms.

SECTION 1 - WHO WE ARE
Fawno Co. is a print-on-demand graphic apparel
brand based in Schenectady, NY. We sell wildlife
humor and gaming-inspired graphic tees, hoodies,
and accessories. All products are printed and
fulfilled by Printful on our behalf.

SECTION 2 - ORDERS
All orders are made to order. Once submitted,
orders cannot be cancelled or modified. We reserve
the right to refuse or cancel any order at our
discretion. You will be notified by email if your
order is cancelled.

SECTION 3 - PRICING
All prices are in USD. Prices are subject to
change without notice. Applicable taxes and
shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

SECTION 4 - SHIPPING
All orders are fulfilled and shipped by Printful.
Estimated delivery times are 5-10 business days
for standard shipping within the United States.
Delivery dates are estimates only and are not
guaranteed. Fawno Co. is not responsible for
carrier delays or events outside our control.

SECTION 5 - RETURNS & REFUNDS
As a print-on-demand store, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for
incorrect size selection or change of mind.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or
incorrect, contact us within 30 days at
splendorgiftsllc@gmail.com with your order
number and a photo of the issue. We will send
a replacement at no cost. No return shipment
required.

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All designs, logos, and artwork on Fawno Co.
products are original works owned by Fawno Co.
Reproduction, resale, or commercial use of any
Fawno Co. design without written permission is
strictly prohibited.

SECTION 7 - DISCLAIMER
Products are provided as-is. Colors may vary
slightly from screen to print due to monitor
settings and printing processes. Fawno Co. is
not liable for indirect or consequential damages
arising from product use.

SECTION 8 - GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the
State of New York. Any disputes shall be
resolved in the courts of Schenectady County, NY.

SECTION 9 - CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to update these terms at
any time. Continued use of our store constitutes
acceptance of updated terms.
