RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Fawno Co., every item is printed on demand
specifically for you. Because of this, we do not
accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse
or incorrect size selection. Please review our
size guide carefully before ordering.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or
incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery
at splendorgiftsllc@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
We will send a replacement at no additional cost.
No need to ship anything back.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Items showing signs of wear or use
REFUNDS
If a replacement is not possible, a full refund
will be issued to your original payment method
within 10 business days of approval.
EUROPEAN UNION CUSTOMERS
If your order is shipped to the European Union,
you have the right to cancel within 14 days of
receiving your item. Item must be unworn, unused,
and in original condition with proof of purchase.
