HOW IT WORKS
Every Fawno Co. item is printed on demand 
specifically for you. Once you place your order, 
it is sent to our fulfillment partner Printful, 
who prints, packages, and ships your item 
directly to your door.

PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed and printed within 
2-5 business days before shipment.

SHIPPING TIMES
Standard Shipping (United States)
Estimated delivery: 5-10 business days 
after fulfillment

Expedited options may be available at checkout 
depending on your location.

SHIPPING RATES
Standard Shipping: $4.99
Free Shipping: On all orders over $35.00

TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a 
tracking number by email. You can use this 
to monitor your delivery status.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
At this time, Fawno Co. primarily ships within 
the United States. International shipping may 
be available at checkout for select countries. 
International customers are responsible for 
any customs fees, duties, or import taxes.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
Fawno Co. is not responsible for carrier delays, 
lost packages, or events outside our control 
once the order has been handed to the carrier. 
If your package is significantly delayed or 
lost, contact us at splendorgiftsllc@gmail.com 
and we will work with Printful to resolve 
the issue.

WRONG ADDRESS
Please double check your shipping address 
before placing your order. Fawno Co. is not 
responsible for orders shipped to an 
incorrectly entered address. If you notice 
an error, contact us immediately at 
splendorgiftsllc@gmail.com. We cannot 
guarantee address changes after an order 
is submitted.
