Fawno Co. is a print-on-demand graphic apparel 
brand. All products are printed and fulfilled 
by Printful Inc. on behalf of Fawno Co.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All designs, artwork, logos, brand names, and 
creative content associated with Fawno Co. are 
the original intellectual property of Fawno Co. 
and are protected under applicable U.S. copyright 
and trademark law.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or 
commercial use of any Fawno Co. design or brand 
asset without prior written consent is strictly 
prohibited and may result in legal action.

DISCLAIMER
Fawno Co. makes no warranties, express or 
implied, regarding the accuracy of product 
descriptions, colors, or sizing. Product 
appearance may vary slightly from images shown 
due to monitor settings and printing processes.

Fawno Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, 
incidental, or consequential damages arising 
from the purchase or use of our products.

GOVERNING LAW
All legal matters relating to Fawno Co. are 
governed by the laws of the State of New York. 
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive 
jurisdiction of the courts of Schenectady 
County, New York.
